In what sense cant you get on ?
If it was the server freeze , then you won't be able to get on .
You can check the chatbox at the website and ask some players .
They'll usually be chatting there till the server is on again .

Anyways, if you couldnt get into the server here's some tip.

1. If you mangaged to enter the game and login but unfortunately unable to go into the game after clicking character, the problem is SERVER FROZE. Wait for 30min or 1hour for the server to be noticed so it would restart.

2. If you're unable to click on IdyllicStory and says the server is offline w/e, problem is connection problem / server down. So just stay tuned to the forums or chatbox for more infomation

3. If you gets C++ warning and error dont blame me, i have no idea wad is that.

4. If you gets this notice "Your account has been banned for xxx" then just dont even bother posting a thread saying you cant get in game cus it's obvious, it's right in the middle of the screen for you to see.
