anyone encounter or know how to fix keyboard failure? My Dell XPS 400 is being retarded and the mouse/keyboard both wont work and now my desktop is like a vegetable sitting there. im fine with purchasing a new computer and everything its just i have some important files in there that i still need.
i've tried multiple methods from google and non of them have worked so far and are old posts. makes sense since the Dell XPS400 is a 2year old + model. If anyone can help or knows anybody that could help, please hmu anyway you can.
