-2147287038(unknown error 0x80030002) when im entering the game,im clicking a chanel,get dc and this msg: -2147287038(unknown error 0x80030002) i know its on the error code guide but i have all the wz files what do i do? help me i cant play

Redownload the client and when your done disable your anti virus and move the files into your v62 folder. And if you already have the newest client files just disable your anti virus then replace them again with the ones in your v62 folder. I know I told you to redownload the client last time, but I bet you missed the point where you have to disable your anti virus.
If that doesn't work redownload v62.
