Help me please...

when i click on the game client i get the message that somthing is blocking it..please check your antivirus and stuff...(u know what msg i mean)
its not blocking it because it worked today...i reinstalled the game twice and i dont have teamviwer...
server is off?
hoping for support as soon as possible
talk to me at chatbox also...i wanna know if its a problem in my pc or a problem in the server
