Won't let me play. (i'm new)

The first time i try to play, i log in, and then when i click the server i want it loads a bit then closes, and shows an error code: 2147287038 .
Does anyone know how to fix this?

There are some different things said about it because some other people also have this error code problem. Just search the code on google and I am sure you will find some solutions.

Does this happen when you click on the channel or when you click onyour character?

It happens when I click on a channel.

your missing the files that you got in your client download (wz files)
open the client winrar and select all files and put them in your v62 folder
make sure to replace them with your old files by pressing yes to all
