I want "Phase" to be right next to the character but at a slant. Kind of going upwards. The Quote I want to be a little left of the middle, and bigger than "Phase". I want this little aura looking thingy around my character. Make that white.

And I want the Font to be white too. (If possible) If you can't, then leave it black and make it glow blue.

My picture is PNG. I don't know why it won't give transparent background but it is .PNG so you could work with it.
