It IS on mediafire paha, you should just have to click SKIP ADD on the top right.

Personally I think this skill.wz is the best of all the ones I've used. I really like the Jenni puppet, Pikachu Combo Attack and the GM teleport ofcorce!

Oh and btw I found the download button without anyone telling me where it is.
