Banned unreasonably for the second time!

I was banned when I was about to paste a long phrase into the chat and press enter to ask oesima a question, but i got banned when i pressed enter? Please explain what I did to get banned.

I got dc'ed a couple seconds after that...
This is the second time I got banned for doing nothing with hacking, the first time was just a mistake by Irving, but this time I'm pretty antagonized.
