Mostly the obvious things:
Host events
Keep things under control
Ban hackers
Taking a job seriously is important to me and I won't use anything to my advantage. I will stick to the rules and won't ban/jail anyone just because I don't like them, or do anything similar for personal emotions.
What you will do as a GM :

How you can help the server as a GM :
If I become a GM, I will do the best of my ability to advertise for this server, find ways to reduce lag, and host events when the server is in dire need of entertainment. As a GM I shall enforce the law and ban all those who disobey the rules of this server.ll keep voting and get more people to vote, which in turn will get more people to join the server, which means more votes, and again more people, etc.... Well, you get the idea...
I will obviously also help people that need assistance with anything and I'll try to keep the server as clean as I can.

The Thing that makes me stand out is i'm helpful,friendly and intelligence when i put my mind to it

That's a little TOO coincidental. Some of the parts are completely word for word. There is no way that he could have thought of the same exact thing as Jenni, and put it the exact same way she did, without having looked at her application. And the parts that aren't copied, don't match with the rest of the application in relation to grammar.
