How Come i cant get on Idyllic?

i woked up this morning
chillin out in Fm
and i got dced o.O
and when i tried to get back on
it says the account has been blocked for misconduct?
meaning?
can anyone help meh

Yea all other accounts cant be played .
i think my ip address been blocked
