help cant go in the game

hi i have a problem
i play the idyms for 1-2 weeks and now im trying to go online the game and its not let me then i try to download again its work then after few min and i out and its not let me in again here the problem

Did you try to re-download the v62 Client?

try adding the client to your firewall exceptions list, it might be something blocking, or if you have something like resident shield for avg, add it there as well.

Try running it in administrator mode xD, redownloading/reinstalling, might help as well.
